Renewable energy company Suzlon Energy Ltd. is set to declare its financial statement for the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal next week. The company in an exchange filing earlier this week confirmed the date for announcing its Q3 earnings. 

Incorporated in 1995, Suzlon Energy is among the pioneers in the field of wind energy in India. The company has over 13,060 wind turbines installed across six continents. It operates through 14 manufacturing units in India.

The company also has a strong presence in the solar power segment. Suzlon Energy Ltd.’s current market capitalisation stands at around Rs 71,500 crore.

Suzlon Energy Q3 Result: Date And Time

Suzlon Energy in an exchange filing dated Jan. 21 said that its board will meet on Jan. 28 to consider and approve the financial statement for the quarter that ended Dec. 31, 2024. 

“This is to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 28th January 2025 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company on a Standalone and Consolidated basis for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024,” the notification read. 

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by designated people and their immediate family members, which closed on Jan 1, will be opened 48 hours after the result announcement.

Shares of Suzlon Energy Ltd. have declined over 7% in the past five trading sessions while slipping 17.97% over a month. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has nosedived nearly 20%. In contrast, Suzlon Energy shares have gained over 22% in the past year.

Suzlon Energy Q2 Results

Suzlon Energy posted a sharp 48% year-on-year increase in its revenue for Q2 at Rs 2,103.38 crore versus Rs 1,421 crore in the year-ago period. Net profit surged more than 96% YoY to Rs 200.6 crore up from Rs 102.29 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY24. 

Ebitda gained 31% year-on-year to Rs 294.18 crore in Q2 from Rs 225.04 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
