.NCC Ltd., Bank of India Ltd., G R Infraprojects Ltd., Aster DM Healthcare Ltd. and Infosys Ltd. are set to see action going into trade on Friday.

  • NCC: The company received orders worth Rs 1,663 crore in April. Out of these orders Rs 1,082 crores relates to building division, Rs 581 crores retates to transportation division.

  • Bank of India: The company’s board sanctioned the raising of capital of up to Rs 5,000 crore via the issue of Tier-I and Tier-II bonds valued at Rs 2,500 crore each.

  • GR Infraprojects: The company’s subsidiary Agra Gwalior Highway Pvt. received construction order of Rs 4,263 crore from National Highways Authority of India for highway development.

  • Infosys: The company in an agreement with Yorkshire building society, a UK-based member-owned financial institution, to accelerate digital transformation. Infosys will help Yorkshire Building Society provide “data enabled” and “mobile first” banking services for their mortgage, commercial, and savings members.

  • Aster DM Healthcare: The company acquired 1.9 crore shares of Quality Care India for Rs 849 crore. The company completed the acquisition of 5% stake in Quality Care India through share swap.

  • Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services: The company signed an agreement with Aster DM Healthcare. The agreement is to provide Zaggle Save for Employee expense management and benefits to Aster DM Healthcare.

  • The Great Eastern Shipping Co: The company approved voluntary liquidation of arm Greatship Oilfield Services.
