Good morning!

GIFT Nifty rose 0.27% to 24,432.5 as of 7:50 am, indicating a mildly positive start for Indian markets.

Asian stocks edged up and US equity-index futures erased losses on Friday after China’s Ministry of Commerce said it is evaluating possible trade talks with the United States.

The MSCI Asia Pacific Index gained 0.1%. Japan’s Topix climbed 0.62%, buoyed by supportive comments from the country’s top trade negotiator, while Japanese shares overall rose 1.1%.
