As many as 555 companies are scheduled to share their Q4FY25 results for the quarter and the financial year ended March 2025 on Thursday.
Among the notable names are energy sector players Suzlon and SJVN and leading hospitality player Lemon Tree Hotels. The government-backed India Tourism Development Corporation will also release its earnings on the same day.
These companies will declare their earnings for the January-March quarter, after approving them during a Board Meeting on May 29. During this meeting, the Board of Directors may consider a potential dividend for FY25, if any, and approve fundraising plans.
Later, they are also likely to hold investor conferences, if not announced already. During this, companies discuss their recently announced results, future roadmap, and other financial decisions. The conference gives the shareholders a chance to directly engage with senior company officials regarding key company matters.

Suzlon Q3FY25 Results (Consolidated, YoY)
In Q3FY25, Suzlon Energy’s EBITDA more than doubled to Rs 500 crore from Rs 248 crore in Q3FY24. During the period under review, the company’s net profit stood at Rs 388 crore, up 91% from Rs 203 crore a year ago. The revenue jumped from Rs 1,553 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs 2,969 crore in Q3FY25, marking a 91% YoY growth. Its EBITDA margin stood at 16.8% in the December quarter, compared to 15.9% in the year-ago period.
SJVN Q3FY25 Results (Consolidated, YoY)
State-owned SJVN Ltd reported a revenue of Rs 671 crore, marking a 23.5% YoY rise from Rs 543 crore in Q3FY24. Meanwhile, its net profit grew by 7% YoY to Rs 149 crore against Rs 139 crore in the year-ago period. In the quarter under review, the EBITDA increased from Rs 368 crore to Rs 463 crore, marking a 26% YoY jump. The EBITDA margins improved to 69% in Q3FY25 from 67.8% in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
ITDC Q3FY25 Results (Consolidated, YoY):
The Ministry of Tourism-owned public sector undertaking (PSU) reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 149 crore in Q3FY25, compared to Rs 135 crore in the year-ago period. Its net profit for the period stood at Rs 20.64 crore in the December quarter, compared to Rs 17.9 crore in the same quarter a year ago. In the December 2024 quarter, the EBITDA increased to Rs 25.4 crore, against Rs 22.6 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
