At least 50 companies are set to announce their results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, on May 7. Companies from various sectors, such as housing finance, coal, air cooling and FMCG, will announce their Q4 and FY25 results on Wednesday.
Many companies have already informed the stock exchanges about their Board meetings to consider and approve the financial results. The financial results will help investors and analysts to evaluate how the companies performed in the fourth quarter and the financial year 2024-25.
Several companies are scheduled to hold earnings calls to discuss the results with investors and analysts. Investors will also keep an eye on the possible dividend announcements by the companies for FY25.

Coal India Q3 FY25 Results
Coal India reported a 17.5% year-on-year fall in its consolidated net profit to Rs 8,491.22 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 10,291.71 crore in Q3 FY24. The state-owned company’s revenue from operations dropped 1% to Rs 35,779.78 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 36,153.97 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses rose 4.25% to Rs 26,201.55 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 25,132.87 crore in the same period of the preceding fiscal.
Tata Chemicals Q3 FY25 Results
Tata Chemicals reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 21 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to a profit of Rs 194 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal. Total income declined 3.98% year-on-year to Rs 3,618 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 3,768 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s total expenses rose 0.5% YoY to Rs 3,584 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 3,566 crore in Q3 FY24.
Dabur India Q3 FY25 Results
Dabur India reported a 1.85% YoY rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 515.82 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 506.44 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income increased 2.98% YoY to Rs 3,483.28 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 3,382.43 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses rose 3.88% YoY to Rs 2,826.2 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2,720.62 crore in Q3 FY24.
