In the ongoing earnings season, it’s going to be a busy week between April 28 and May 3 with nearly 200 companies set to release their results for Q4 and FY25. These companies also include several major players from both the public and private sectors.
As per the BSE earnings calendar, as many as 188 companies are scheduled to release their earnings for the quarter and financial year ending March 2025, between April 28 and May 3.
Throughout the week, prominent listed companies such as the State Bank of India, Trent, Vedanta, Jindal Steel & Power and Indian Railway Finance Corporation, among others, are scheduled to release their performance reports.
These companies span a wide spectrum of industries, ranging from energy, finance, infrastructure, IT, consumer goods, and more, making them valuable indicators of India’s broader economic health.
Investors and analysts will closely watch sector-specific trends, government policy impact (especially for PSUs) and overall corporate earnings to gauge the strength and direction of these companies.

Adani Green Energy Q4 FY25 Results
In an exchange filing dated April 19, Adani Green Energy confirmed that it has scheduled a Board meeting on April 28 to consider and approve its audited financial results. The Board will consider both standalone and consolidated results for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
As a result, the trading window for Adani Green Energy Ltd. has been closed from April 1 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for certain designated persons.
Adani Total Gas Q4 FY25 Results
On April 21, Adani Total Gas announced its Board meeting scheduled for April 28. The agenda includes consideration and approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The Board will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend for FY25, the company said.
Indian Railway Finance Corporation Q4 Results
IRFC is set to announce its financial results for FY25 on April 28. The Centre-backed PSU has also scheduled a conference call with analysts and investors on Tuesday, April 29, at 11 AM. The call will focus on discussing the company’s audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company said on April 21.
