India’s first and largest securities depository’s IPO, was open for three days for subscription after it was fully subscribed on its first day on Wednesday. On Day 3, the IPO was subscribed 41.01 times as of 7:00 p.m.
The IPO is entirely an offer for sale of up to 5.01 crore equity shares by existing shareholders, including IDBI Bank, the National Stock Exchange of India, and the State Bank of India. The share sale is expected to fetch up to Rs 4,012 crore.
