NCC Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details
In a stock exchange filing dated April 30, NCC said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 15 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY25.
NCC Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In accordance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for directors, promoters, designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 until 48 hours after the declaration of results for Q4 and FY25.
NCC Q4 Results: Earnings Call
In an exchange filing dated May 9, the company announced that it has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on May 16 from 11 a.m. onwards to discuss the performance in Q4 and FY25.

NCC Q3 Results
NCC reported a 10.87% year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 205.86 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 230.96 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income rose 1.8% YoY to Rs 5,382.86 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 5,287.74 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses increased 3.2% YoY to Rs 5,122.94 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 4,964.02 crore in the same period of the preceding fiscal.
NCC Share Price History
The share price of NCC Ltd. has increased by 3% in the past five trading sessions. In the last month, the stock has gained 2.7%. However, the infrastructure stock has declined more than 20% in the past six months, while falling over 20% so far this year in 2025. In the last one year, the stock has dropped 12.3%.
The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 364.5 apiece on the NSE on July 31, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 170.05 per share on March 3, 2025.
