B&K Securities started coverage on Indegene and projected an upside potential of over 15% as it sees tailwinds for growth. The brokerage has given a ‘hold’ rating with a target price of Rs 648 apiece, while ascribing a 20% premium to the best comparable Indian IT peers.
B&K has built in 11%, 14%, and 16% revenue, Ebitda, and PAT CAGR, respectively, with sustained cash flow from operation and Ebitda at 95%. Medium-term growth will improve as new capabilities are built and outsourcing continues to accelerate, the brokerage said.

Asian Paints Ltd. stock has received a target price and a double rating upgrade from multinational investment firm Jefferies, citing normalisation in gross margin and a more gradual pick-up in growth for rival Birla Opus this year.
The analysts at Jefferies have changed their rating from “Underperform” to “Buy” for Asian Paints, thus skipping “Hold”, as they expect a gradual recovery in earnings starting this year for the paint company, which holds more than 50% of the market share.
Stock Market Today: Red Metal Stocks Trade Higher Despite Trump’s 50% Tariff
Copper stocks opened higher on Wednesday even as US President Donald Trump announced the imposition of 50% tariff on imports of the metal the previous night. Hindalco Industries Ltd. and Hindustan Copper Ltd. gained, while Vedanta Ltd. saw marginal decline in early trade.
The tariffs announced by Trump will take immediate effect, with the aim of protecting domestic industries, he said. The US president also threatened a 200% levy on pharmaceutical exports, albeit with a grace period of a year and a half before imposition.

Oil prices declined in Asia session as supply outlook improved because of an increase in US crude stock piles. American Petroleum Institute said that US inventories advanced 7.1 million barrels last week.
Brent crude’s September future declined 0.29% to $69.96 a barrel as of 8:09 a.m.
