Stocks To Watch

  • Yes Bank: Moody’s upgraded the bank ratings to Ba2 from Ba3 and changed the rating outlook to stable from positive. The ratings upgrade is driven by gradual improvement in the bank’s credit profile, including its capital and loan loss reserves.

  • IREDA, Gensol Engineering: NCLT admitted IREDA’s insolvency application against Gensol Engineering arm Gensol EV of a lease default amount of Rs 218.95 crore.

  • Natco Pharma: The USFDA, in its inspection from June 9 to June 13 at the API manufacturing plant located in Hyderabad, concluded with one observation in form-483.

  • Tata Motors: Moody’s raised Jaguar Land Rover’ rating to Ba1 from Ba2 and revised outlook to positive. The rating reflects a strengthened consolidated credit profile.

  • Arkade Developers: The company forayed into Maharashtra’s Thane metro area with 6.28-acre project with an estimated gross development value of Rs 2,000 crores.

  • NTPC: The company will raise Rs 4,000 crore via NCDs on a private placement basis. The proceeds will be utilized for funding of capital expenditure, refinancing of existing loans, and other general corporate purposes. Further, the company started commercial operations at Karanpura super thermal power project on June 15. The total standalone commercial capacity of the company stands at 60,266 MW.

  • Authum Investment: The company signed an agreement with Devicam Capital to acquire 39.3 lakh shares of OneSource Specialty.

  • IOL Chemicals: The company’s product Acetic Anhydride has been registered with REACH in accordance with EU REACH regulation on chemicals and their safe use. This certification allows the company to export Acetic Anhydride across all the countries in the European Union.

  • Birla Corp: Rajasthan government declared the company as a preferred bidder for the grant of mining lease for Gourum Khan Ki Dhani Limestone block.

  • IndusInd Bank: RBI approved the reappointment of Chokshi & Chokshi and the appointment of Borkar and Muzumdar as Joint Statutory Auditors.
