Hong Kong stocks kicked off the week on a sombre note after China reported a mixed bag of economic data from May and top leaders pledged to do more to stabilise home prices.
The Hang Seng Index fell 0.1 per cent to 23,862.58 as of 11.17am local time. The Hang Seng Tech Index gained 0.2 per cent. On the mainland, the CSI 300 Index and the Shanghai Composite Index were both little changed.
