Adani Enterprises Ltd., Tata Elxsi Ltd., Canara Bank, Asian Paints Ltd., Indian Bank and Trent Ltd. are some of the companies set to issue dividends to their stakeholders ahead of their respective record dates next week.

To be eligible for dividends, investors should take note of the record date, which determines shareholder eligibility.

Under India’s T+1 settlement cycle, shares purchased on the record date itself will not qualify for the dividend payment. The ex-dividend date, which falls before the record date, marks when the share price adjusts to reflect the upcoming payout.

Here is a look at companies that declared final and interim dividend dates coming up this week:

Amongst the 27 companies issuing dividends in the coming week, Tata Elxsi Ltd., has recommended the highest final dividend at Rs 75, followed by Tata Investment Corp. at Rs 27, Sharda Motor Industries Ltd. at Rs 32.50 and Asian Paints Ltd. at Rs 20.55.

Adani Enterprises

Adani Enterprises’s board has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.3 per equity share for the financial year 2025. The record date to determine the eligible shareholder is set for June 13.

Shares of the company closed 1.22% higher at Rs 2,535 per share, compared to a 1.02% advance on the NSE Nifty 50 on Friday.

Adani Ports And Special Economic Zone

APSEZ’ board has recommended a dividend of Rs 7 per equity share for the financial year 2025. The record date to determine the eligible shareholder is set for June 13.

Shares of the company closed 0.84% higher at Rs 1,469 per share, compared to a 1.02% advance on the NSE Nifty 50 on Friday.

Tata Elxsi

Tata Elxsi’s board has recommended a dividend of Rs 75 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2025. The record date to determine the eligible shareholder is set for June 11.

Shares of the company closed 0.27% lower at Rs 6,474 per share, compared to a 1.02% advance on the NSE Nifty 50 on Friday.

Tata Investment Corp

Tata Investment Corp. has announced a final dividend of Rs 27 per share with a face value of Rs 10 each and the record date to determine the eligible shareholder is set for June 10.

Shares of the company closed 2.83% higher at Rs 6,821 per share, compared to a 1.02% advance on the NSE Nifty 50 on Friday.

Sharda Motor Industries

Sharda Motor has announced a final dividend of Rs 32.50 per share with a face value of Rs 2 each and the record date to determine the eligible shareholder is set for June 13.

Shares of the company closed 0.98% higher at Rs 6,821 per share, compared to a 1.02% advance on the NSE Nifty 50 on Friday.

Asian Paints

Asian Paints has announced a final dividend of Rs 20.55 per share and the record date to determine the eligible shareholders is set for June 10.

Shares of the company closed 0.08% higher at Rs 2,245.20 per share, compared to a 1.02% advance on the NSE Nifty 50 on Friday.
