At least 80 companies are scheduled to announce their results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2024-25 on May 12.
The companies that will announce their results on Monday come from a variety of sectors and industries. These results will give investors and analysts a clear idea of sectoral trends and help them predict the outlook for FY26.
The Boards of several companies will consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY25.The outcome of the Board meeting will be communicated to the stock exchanges.
Most of the companies have also announced the schedule of earnings calls with investors and analysts to discuss the performance in Q4 and FY25.

Tata Steel Q3 FY25 Results
Tata Steel reported a 43.4% year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 295.49 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 522.14 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income fell 3% YoY to Rs 53,869.33 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 55,539.77 crore in the preceding fiscal. Total expenses declined 2.3% YoY to Rs 52,118.09 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 53,351.13 crore in the year-ago period.
Raymond Q3 FY25 Results
Raymond consolidated net profit plunged 61% year-on-year to Rs 72.28 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 185.39 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income increased by 35.55% year-on-year to Rs 985.35 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 726.91 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses climbed 38.5% YoY to Rs 885.76 crore in the December quarter from Rs 639.42 crore in Q3 FY24.
PVR Inox Q3 FY25 Results
PVR Inox reported a 180.5% YoY rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 35.9 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 12.8 crore in Q3 FY24. Its total income rose 9.6% YoY to Rs 1,759.1 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,604.7 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Total expenses rose 7.9% YoY to Rs 1,712.8 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,587.2 crore in Q3 FY24.
