Q4FY25 Results Today: More than 50 companies are set to announce their results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year 2024-25 on Tuesday, May 6.

The companies, scheduled to release their Q4 and FY25 results, include several leading players across major sectors. The companies have already informed the stock exchanges about their Board meeting to consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Investors and analysts will get critical cues about these companies’ March quarter performance and an overall picture for the previous financial year. The figures will also help analysts shape a broader outlook for sectoral trends, expected challenges, and growth prospects for FY26.

Some of these companies will also consider declaring a potential final dividend for FY25. These details will be discussed at their scheduled board meetings, after which the results are expected to be publicised.

BSE Q3FY25 Results 

BSE Ltd. delivered a robust Q3 FY25 performance with consolidated total income of Rs 835 crore, including revenue from operations of Rs 774 crore. The leading stock exchange’s net profit in the December quarter increased 103% year-on-year to Rs 220 crore, from Rs 108 crore in Q3 FY24. The derivatives segment showed strong growth with daily premium turnover reaching Rs 8,758 crore.

Paytm Q3FY25 Results 

In Q3FY25, Paytm narrowed its losses to Rs 208 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2025 (Q3FY25), down from Rs 220 crore in Q3FY24. Its revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,828 crore, marking a 36% YoY decline.   

“We are very close to earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (Ebitda) before employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) profitability,” Madhur Deora, president and group chief financial officer (CFO), Paytm, said. 

Revenue from financial services surged 34% QoQ to Rs 502 crore, led by increased merchant loan disbursements. Following NPCI approval to onboard new UPI users, monthly transacting users rose to 7.2 crore in December 2024 quarter from 6.8 crore in September, the company said.

HPCL Q3FY25 Results

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) reported a five-fold jump in standalone net profit YoY in Q3 FY25. Its net profit stood at Rs 3,023 crore from Rs 529 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s standalone revenue from operations in the December quarter stood at Rs 1,18,936 crore against Rs 1,18,443 crore in the year-ago period. The state-owned company’s EBITDA increased to Rs 5,970 crore in Q3 FY25.
