In a stock exchange filing on April 29, Mahindra & Mahindra announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 5 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The Board will also consider and recommend a dividend, if any, for FY25.

In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed from April 1 to May 7.

The company will host an earnings call with investors and analysts on May 5 from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. to discuss the results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2024-25.

Mahindra & Mahindra reported a 20% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit after tax to Rs 3,181 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2,658 crore in Q3 FY24. Its consolidated revenue increased 17% YoY to Rs 41,470 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 35,299 crore in the year-ago period. The company’s standalone EBITDA increased 32% YoY in the December quarter to Rs 4,810 crore against Rs 3,649 crore.

The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 3,270.95 apiece on the NSE on Feb. 10, 2025. It hit a 52-week low of Rs 2,073.05 apiece on April 30, 2024.
