Stock Market Live: GIFT Nifty Indicates Gap Down Open; IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finance, Bharat Petroleum In Focus

The GIFT Nifty was trading below 24,400 early Wednesday. The futures contract based on the benchmark Nifty 50 fell 0.41% at 24,377.50 as of 7:21 a.m., indicating a negative start for the Indian markets.

The Indian benchmark equity market indices ended higher for the second consecutive session on Tuesday. The NSE Nifty 50 closed 0.03% higher at 24,335.95, while the BSE Sensex ended 0.09% up at 80.288.38.
